Modern Hebrew language instruction with expert faculty is available at Hebrew University on a semester basis, in both the autumn and spring semesters. Courses for international students are available to you through the Division of Hebrew Language Instruction at Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School (RIS).
Semester Hebrew courses at HebrewU’s RIS are open to study abroad and degree students. Additionally, individuals who meet the relevant admission requirements and wish to study Modern Hebrew are welcome to apply as external students. The number of academic hours in each course depends on the level of instruction and framework of study (preparatory, undergraduate, or graduate). You will be placed in the appropriate class based on your Hebrew level and academic background.
