Management Skills Summer Semester Program


July 10-August 25, 2016



About the Program 

The new Management Skills for Social Entrepreneurs Summer Program is specially designed for graduate students in the fields of Business Administration and NGOs who wish to refine their management abilities.   

Participants will benefit from intensive, concentrated courses, each extending over several consecutive days. Those who wish to receive credit will be required to conclude all courses with a written paper.  

Students will have access to the extensive facilities available at the Hebrew University, including libraries and computer rooms.

Admission Requirements

Qualified students with a Bachelor's degree from accredited institutions of higher education are eligible for admission to the program. Admission is competitive and based on transcripts and letters of recommendation. Students should have at least a 3.2 ("B") grade-point average or the equivalent.  

Knowledge of English: Candidates who did not previously study at an educational institution where the language of instruction is English must submit official TOEFL or IELTS scores. The minimum TOEFL score required is 573 on the paper-based test, 230 on the computer-based test or 89 on the internet-based test. The minimum IELTS score is 7.

Course Load 

Student may choose between a full-time program and a part-time program. 

Part-time Status: Students studying in a part-time program may take up to three courses during the summer semester.  

Full-time Status: Students studying in a full-time program may take four courses or more during the summer semester.  

Students will be expected to conclude all courses for credit with a written paper.
